We dont know when they started working on it Before you say that they started in 2019 We dont know. They can work on it since 2017 or 2016. This would also explain why it took so long for kh3 They were working on 2 games I personally don't think they want to make the mistake that they did with kh3 relasing 8 yearts after announcment.
