  1. found this dumb thing i made ages ago for people still confusing death for becoming a heartless lmao
  2. It's more a vast majority of characters haven't been outright killed
  3. Yes because it's been stated plenty of times releasing the heart is enough to return the person, Nomura specifies in an interview Nobodies are the complicating factor. The KH that Xemnas made also resulted in exceptional circumstances as stated by Nomura too
  4. Nooo The person returns You don't need to produce a Nobody to return from being a heartless Creating a Nobody complicates the process Releasing a heart from a heartless will return that person somewhere
  5. If you game over to Heartless yes Any other enemy type, no
  6. If anyone kills you, you are dead
  7. Becoming a heartless requires losing your heart to Darkness Actual full on death still exists
  8. Dying in KH results in you dying
  9. KH appeals to people who grew up with the franchise, but KH3 is no darker than KH1 at a core. The darker themes are things that kids still understand and can recognise as dark, without ever veering into straight up not for kids entirely
  10. Media accessible to and made in mind for kids can still be dark, while at the same time appealing to people older than the age on the box
  11. They are made to appeal to kids A lot of us got into KH as kids, around KH1/KH2 which has Sora commiting suicide, and then him going on a genocide against people trying to be people again. Not to mention CoM which is gaslighting:the game
  12. KH games are thematically dark and have dark elements, but they are at their core kids games
  13. A large component of the hype cycle of any KH game is what Disney worlds we are going to
  14. They can't really phase it out lol It's what it is KH also loses a lot of it's appeal and charm without Disney stuff
  15. KH is Disney
  16. As the series went on they cut back on their presence to highlight the original characters and world more. In KH1 they were pretty much just set-dressing, and KH2 needed to follow up on what they had been up to. But after that it was just kind of whatever We know that Leon was planned to be in KH3 but he was cut for time, along with the Fairy Godmother. Then they along with Aerith, Yuffie and Cid were added into the Re:Mind DLC for cameos
  17. FF characters came later, but were never meant to be a focus It's why the KH1 FF cast only superficially resemble their namesakes They were just kinda thrown in with base character traits in place of OCs Aerith wasn't even meant to be there, she was originally gonna be the girl from Parasite Eve
  18. Square Enix x Disney Like SE making a Disney Game
  19. Squall/Leon, Cid, Yuffie, Aerith, Tifa, Yuna, Rikku and Paine will all be in Hollow Bastion (Radiant Garden) as that's their homeworld. They had no reason to be overly involved in the story Cloud and Sephiroth disappeared to parts unknown after the Sephiroth battle in KH2. Though the writer of that scenario has said it wasn't really meant to go anywhere Auron faded away back into pyreflies after KH2 was over KH was never intended to feature FF characters as a core facet of the franchise They were added later into the planning stages in places of what would have been original characters made uniquely for the franchise
  20. It's worth noting that the FF-Side has never been as relevant to KH as it was in KH2 They weren't even supposed to be that much of a focus of the franchise
  21. ?????????
  22. We will have containment measures :uwucarby:
  23. Generally there's only large influxes of people for like big news or whatever
  24. There's a lot of regulars that stick around more than randomers
