whats the 3* rate for non guaranteed pulls 2% like most SSR tier? and its safe to assume with them starting at 3*, means powercreep will bring 4 and 5 stars later on tbh learning my lesson from KHUx, probably never gonna pull unless I get hard stuck knowing how they are likely to giga powercreep again just get a piece that can heal decently and youll probably be good for awhile
