Is there a quick way to get your mirage arena level up quicker because I seem stuck on level 11

There's no quick way to get your mirage arena level up because there's certain requirements to what you must do to gain levels in Mirage Arena. Check the games records section and the Mirage Arena subsection in your report/journal to find out the requirements to level up in Mirage Arena.

So you have to have 9,999 medals to get to level 30?

How about this: finish all command board games, rumble racing, and arena fights. Mine looks fancy. A shield with two sashes across and stars right down the middle.

Unfortunately yes. It's quite an annoyance, but it's one of the requirements to level up.

And note, nothing in the Arena Store is useful unless you play online. So don't waste your medals.
