I downloaded and installed a Japanese APK yesterday and have been playing through it. However, now I can't because of the attached error... Does anyone here know what to do or where I can get the text translated?

JPUx is under maintenance right now for an app update. Try again after 10:00 JST (in about 7 hours), you'll have to reinstall the apk for the version update.

I see, thanks.

Thankfully I haven't played long so won't have lost much progress, but is it possible for me to back up my data in future?

Menu > その他 > 引き継ぎ > OK, you have the option of backing up to Twitter, Google, Facebook, mixi, or SE, the rest of the process is pretty straightforward (entering in your choice account + account confirmation email). You can change your backup account at any time (menu > 引き継ぎ > OK> アカウント変更)

I see, thank you, i'm guess it won't be possible to do this with my account once the app updates.

Hopefully I'll get a good start next time (I had ansem the wise, black coat riku Ver B and SP axel)

EDIT: I have installed APK pure. Hopefully this will allow me to update my App after maitenance.
