world level not changing on new save data!!

I just made new save data on terra since the old 1 was crappy they have the same mode after I finished the final episode the world levels don't change unlike the old 1 like in my old save the world level of radiant garden was level 10 after the final episode but in my new save radiant garden is still on level 6 even after the final episode help

    my new save data is 5 levels away from my old save date does that really make the difference? :(
