Question regarding downloading Unchained X despite it being on the SD card

I have question before me and my dad going down to At&t store later on today.

 

Despite I've moved the Unchained X app to my SD card, do I still need to download the Unchained X app on to the new phone and tap "Restore Resources" at the main menu screen, to regain my game data?

 

From my old phone, my game is synced on to my Facebook as well. It says I'm logged in.

    Alright. Once we will upgrade our phones, I'll see what I can do. I'll test it out.
