How do you get your HP increased??? I can't get aquas or vens to increase.

It'll say HP increased.

According to the Strat guide the Mirage Arena Events that increase your HP are:

Wheels of Misfortune (Aqua HP+5)

Weaver Fever (Terra HP+5)

Dead Ringer (Ven HP+5)

A Time to Chill (Aqua, Ven HP+10)

Copycat Crisis (Terra HP+10)

Or you could just level up until you get your defense to a certain level. If you get your defense high enough, attacks that would be devastating if you had high HP would be like a normal hit if you had average HP and high defense.
