Wait do you have 8 slots or 6 deck command slots? If you have 8 slots, then I recommend switching Blitz with Thunder Surge, putting in Cura and Aeroagra

you can make ars arcanum melding:

aerial slam + blitz

that'll give you a 100% chance of creating ars arcanum the other ways give you a 10% chance or less of getting ars arcanum.
