Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD Portal Help (DDD HD Spoilers)

So I was wondering if anyone knew all the locations of the portals in the HD version of Dream Drop Distance. Are they the same as in the 3DS version, or not? The main reason I ask this is because the guide that I have from the 3DS version has a location of a special portal for Riku that doesn't seem to be popping up in the HD version at the same location. I am really trying to hunt these down to complete my keyblade collection and earn more prizes. If anyone could please help me find out where the locations are for the portals in DDD HD, then that would be great! :)

    Sorry, can't help you with the Portals location, but I have the same problems. They are not showing on the same locations as the 3DS DDD guide shows...
