gameplay vs. scenes

So I've noticed that with this new game, the actual gameplay is def 60 fps. it looks really good.

 

but the scenes look exactly like the ps3 version of the games. like its back to 30 fps. is it just my game?

    Gameplay is 60 FPS.

     

    Cutscenes are 30 FPS.

     

    They did this in DDDHD as well.
