I'm a Kingdom Hearts Union x Japanese ver. player.

I had a very bad experience about Tsum Tsum medal draw, and I wrote about it.

 

I'm not sure I wrote in right place. If I'm wrong, please reply to me.

 

 

In Tusm Tusm draw, there are 4 Tusm Tusm metals.

Especially, 'Sora & Riku Tsum Tsum ver.' medal is better one than others with low chace to appear.

 

Some people get 'Sora & Riku Tsum Tsum ver.' medal in first draw, which is free in first time.

So I tried to get that medal.

I draw medals over 65~70 times, but  'Sora & Riku Tsum Tsum ver.' was never appeared.

 

In notice, 'Sora & Riku Tsum Tsum ver.' is very low chance to appear, 0.2~0.3%, in any states.

It may mean that 'Sora & Riku Tsum Tsum ver.' would be appered 2~3 times with 1,000 pulls.

I should understand that before draw medals.

 

If you play Japanes ver., you should check notices from begging to end

and must calculate proability of appearing medals if you don't have same experience I have.

I wrote complain to company about low proability and what I want to chance, but there is no anwser.

 

Well, some people get that medal easily.

Maybe I have very very bad luck.

 

I hope change low proability and medal draw system,

and nobody experience what I experienced.

Thankfully, JP does list the drop rates for each medal for these types of pulls. It would be nice if Global did the same, even if it's not required in all countries. For now, I'm happy enough with my medals, even if I can rarely manage top 4k in high score challenges and Colosseum, so I've decided to refrain from doing pulls, in both, Global and JP. Besides, currently undergoing a financial crisis, so I can't even afford to do my weekly 3k + VIP.
