THIS IS A 1x1 RP. ONLY WE CAN POST.

 

I made this in Forum Games, because we both are posting on our iPhones/iPods half the time, and are too lazy for a longer RP posts, so this'll be chock-full of one-liners, haha.

Plot: Season Two of Ouran High School Host Club as made by us. ;3 This begins after Episode 26, the final episode of the t.v. show. (Yes, we know that there is a manga continuation, but this is OUR version. ;3)

 

Characters:

-Haruhi

-Hikaru

Hikaru stared at the wall, avoiding his brother's worried gaze. "What'd she say?"

Kaoru put his hand on Hikaru's shoulder. "She just said that me and you are just two different people..."

"But what if that means that she doesn't.. that she doesn't want me.." Hikaru felt his eyes brim with tears.

"Then, you'll just have to move on, Hikaru. It's part of growing up..." he said.

Looking away broken-heartedly, Hikaru whispered. "But, Kaoru.. what if I can't?"

Kaoru rolled his eyes ad smiled. "You will. If you cant, I'll still be here."

Hikaru couldn't find it in him to explain that he didn't want to have to fall back onto his brother. That he wanted to be with Haruhi, and only Haruhi. "Just forget it, Kaoru.."

Kaoru sighed. He stroked Hikaru's back and frowned. "Whether you need me or not... I'll be here. I am your brother... I always will be."

 

With that, he layed down with Hikaru and drifted to sleep.

With that, Hikaru sighed, watching as his brother began to snore, sleeping. He jumped up suddenly. His brother was asleep, and Haruhi would be alone. The perfect time to maybe say something to her.. even if she'd only reject him.

 

(( D'aww, poor Hikaru. ))

(Did you notice we switched characters? )

 

Haruhi walked closer and closer to her room. It was past 11 that was for sure. It wa probably getting close to be tomorrow. She sighed and slumped against her door.

 

'Hikaru..' she thought.

(( YUP Btw, Twitter sucks. 8D I WENT THARR. ))

 

"Shizz," Hikaru murmered to himself as he slipped down the hallway. He bit his lip, hesitating as he stood before Haruhi's door. As he knocked, he poised himself to run. 'You came,' He reminded himself. 'You can't chicken out now.'

Haruhi stood up straight and opened the door. She peered out the door.

 

"Hikaru..?"

Hikaru's cheeks turned bright red. "He--hello, Haruhi," He managed to stammer. "Can I.. um.. um.. talk to you?"

Haruhi blushed and gulped. She hung her head and opened the door wider.

 

"Y-yeah. Sure."

Hikaru stepped shyly inside. She'd already unpacked, everything neatly stowed away.

 

"Abou..." He hesitated. "H-Haruhi, about earlier.."

Haruhi blushed harder.

 

"I...I don't know if we should talk about earlier..."

"Haruhi if you'd give me a chance to.. to explain--," Hikaru cut off. "Never mind. You don't care."

A wave of annoyance struck Haruhi.

"I dont...care? Hikaru, that's the most idiotic thing you've said all day."

Hikaru frowned. "But.. You just.." He shook his head sadly. "What you did earlier made it seem like you wished I was gone.

(YOU DID THAT BETCH.)

 

Haruhi shook her head. "No...I just didnt know what to say..."

(( We're switching characters, so it doesn't matter. ))

 

Hikaru tried to fight the heat he felt filling his cheeks. "Do you.. feel anything about me?" He worried he was hoping to much. What right did he have to assume she'd love him, too? "Because I love you.."

Haruhi smiled. "Yeah. I know...." She embraced Hikaru but pulled away quickly. "I know I feel something but I'm not sure if it's love..."

"Well," Hikaru answered softly. "Let me know when you figure it out."

Haruhi's eyes wandered to the side. She didn't want to see Hikaru's face. Surely, he had those eyes that made Haruhi putty in his hands.

 

"Yeah. I will."

Hikaru frowned seeing the way she avoided his gaze. Suppressing a sigh, he whispered "good-night" before stepping into the hallway.
