My theory for the mysterious figure is that organization 13 created him,if they were ever defeated the MF would travel back in time to destroy Ven to stop Sora from getting his Keyblade

I dont think dat works, da organization didnt exist back den, so how wud dey create him?

I'm pretty sure your theory is wrong. If the organization had created him we would have either gotten a hint about it or we would probably have known about it in 358/2 days. Plus, they already made Xion, so what would be the point in making a time traveler?
