So like when mickey mouse makes a data version of sora just to go to namine to find out how real sora got the "thank Namine" thing in the journal bur what i dont get are them square blocks.

The square blocks, are the "data heartless." They're bugs. You have to kill them, just as usual KH games with heartless in KH1,KH2,KH CoM, nobodies in KH2, KH CoM, and unversed in BBS. They're just the normal enemy.

... What? I don't get what you mean. Do you mean those red boxes that are in each world? If so, then they are bugs. The bugs hack into the Data world I think

They are bug blocks and they are the reason the data diary went hay wire, also they are the main enemies.
