What if the Phantom Ruby landed in the KH universe (and it DIDN'T create illusions)?

You guys know the Phantom Ruby from Sonic Mania/Forces? Well, what if, hypothetically, it landed in the KH universe? It could be at any point in time, i.e. the Chi timeline, the pre-BBS timeline, or the current timeline?

(Bonus question: What if what it did was actually real instead of just being all an illusion?)

    In all seriousness, this would be an interesting way to mess with Sora’s head, like some events that happened in KHDDD.
