Medal Doesn't Show Up

I just recently got one of the Duck Tales medals and when I go to equip him, he's not there. I've tried locking and unlocking him, and it doesn't make a difference. I'm thoroughly confused.

    Have you tried setting a different filter when you go to equip it? It looks like your current filter is for multi target medals where the DuckTales medal is a single target medal.
