Please don't bother with these boards. Please. I mean, just look at the skills: they're terribly outdated. PSA: No Cost is not the same as Special Gauge 0. No Cost is like the prototype version of Special Gauge 0 and actually has a 50% chance of not activating. So yeah, don't buy these boards (unless you really want the outfits or the outdated Halloween Donald/Goofy medals).

 

As for the Foretellers, I'd recommend waiting to see what other banners become available. You've got a few days to see, after all. (Also, don't mercy them if you just need the traits: that's a fool's move.)
