November 3, 201014 yr DiZ is Ansem the Wise. He was the ruler of Radient Garden. After the events of BBS he found a young man who seemed to only remember his name. That name was Xehanort. Ansem took Xehanort in his wings in order to help Xehanort regain his lost memories. Then, he soon began to study the heart and was known as apprentice Xehanort. Then later on Xehanort and the other apprentices betrayed Ansem the Wise and banised him to the realm of darkness. For some time, Ansem remained in the realm of darkness. Then, he discarded his old, stolen name, and became DiZ (Darkness in Zero). He had also sealed himself in a red robe and a mask made of red bandages in order to fully conceal his real identity.
