UPDATE [Jan 19, 2019]: AmiAmi and the Square Enix North America Store are accepting pre-orders for Final Fantasy Bring Arts Cloud Strife Another Form Variant Limited Edition figure. The figure will cost 9,504 yen (around $86.90) from AmiAmi, but has a discount price of 7,604 yen (about 69.27 dollars) and will release in May 2019. You can pre-order from AmiAmi here.

The Square Enix North America store has a price set at $89.99 but has a discount price of $80.00 and will release in July 2019. You can pre-order from the Square Enix Store here.

FYI the main difference between the JP Square Enix Shop Limited Edition and the other edition available on other preorder sites is that the Limited Edition comes with an extra part (which is his face with his eyes closed - "目閉じ顔パーツ").

Just reposting because it isn't clarified in the update on the original post, ONLY Square Enix stores have the "closed eyes face part", hence it is a Square Enix "Limited Edition". The one sold on AmiAmi and other sites do NOT have the extra face part, and, are therefore not limited editions.
