So, they've upgraded more T4 medals. Hope you didn't sell any of these!

The medals are nice for damage, though I don't think you need to bother with pulling for them. You might as well if you're 1 or 2 away, but otherwise this is pretty much a pass. The thing to keep in mind is that the Japanese version's anniversary (which also gets celebrated in Global) is coming up in just about 20 days, so you would be wise to conserve your jewels and see what kind of deals will be coming.
