Anyone ever heard of Monster?

It's pretty popular from what I heard, and the anime started airing around 2004. The manga... I'm not sure.

I can't really say much about the plot without spoiling and trust me, this is a series you wouldn't want to spoil.

But yeah, I agree with her here 100%. It's the best thing I've ever watched as well.

As a side note, the manga started in 1994. It just got translated last year, but volumes 3, 5, 6, 8, and 9 are having publishing issues.

Really? That sounds very interesting. It seems to be like a really cool anime to watch like Bleach and Soul Eater^^. Can't watch this today though because it's kinda late where I am D8. But maybe tomorrow I can watch it if I don't have too much homework.

Monster probably has to be my second favorite anime, right behind Clannad.

I cried too when

 

Gimmer died, he was one of my favorite characters! ;A;

 

 

The ending is so frustrating though, it's like oISOHFOISJOFIJSOIDFJIOSJFD.

It could mean one thing, but also mean another, and you wouldn't really know what happens unless you read the novel Another Monster, which so far I can only read online -rageface- ThankstoCodedthatis.

Johan's head is like... a bullet magnet, seriously.

In the end though, you can't help but feel sorry for him. ;__;

And he looks dead sexy with wet hair ouo

 

I wish we found out his real name in the end though... Coded has a theory that his and Nina/Anna's names are really Hansel and Gretel. It does kind of make sense if you think about it.
