literally all the worlds you visit are nothing but figments of Sora's imagination. All the people you meet there, they dont exist at all. There is a scene in Re com where Aerith tells Sora she is a figment of his imagination, Sora looks away and then she is gone.
Its a pretty dark game really. The only real people Sora meets is the organization members. Its funny how in the credits they show all these disney characters but why are they even there? These characters only existed as an extension of sora's memory materliazed by the castle's magic but after you leave the world, they are gone, all of them.
Alll these quests you do, with Aldin, Winnie, Ariel etc, they dont matter at all because all of these characters arent real and they disappear in the end.
