ocean's rage 783 Posted April 25, 2022 presumably around the time they being to develop an identity sperate from their original self probably by the same token that has allowed toys, gargoyles, snowmen, computer programs, puppets, video game characters, robots and genetically engineered life forms to have hearts he didn't darkness is in every heart, bar the 7 pure lights he didn't the heartless did the one seen in the basement of the castle used by the MCP in KH2 so far there hasn't been one unless you count sora and thats cause he had ven's heart within him the only mentions of they keyblade in the reports is in regards to mickey's, sora and roxas their pure lights have extraordinary powers and can pierce the darkness he's not talking about anyone the place that darkness rules is the realm of darkness by stabbing himself with a his keyblade sora inherited the power to wield a keyblade from ven it is his own, the second that manifests in drive forms is ven's which he does not do after ven is freed sora's hearts is making contact with the captured princesses a metaphysical path to the realm of light they are dream like visions of the future or manifestations of his own darkness the castle was called hollow bastion the town radiant garden, the town was gone for a long time. as for who actually renamed it most likely maleficent presumably sora he didn't send himself he was sent there by the guardians tapping into his power to move through time they were born there xehanort's heart never spoke to sora, unless you mean as ansem at the start of KH1 in which case it's just cause he happened to be there and sora spoke to him first the same way he gets anywhere, corridor of darkness they've known each other for 9 years at that point it makes sense that he's changed since he was a kid Mickey has travelled the worlds a few times presumably he met squall then either his latent keyblade powers or cause ansem was possessing him curiosity about the outside world ansem was destroying worlds to get to kingdom hearts, destiny islands was just his latest target ansem he was in part manipulated by malefcient and ansem as chirithy said, the realms of sleep and death share borders so one cannot help to occasional crossover the darkness inside him was drawn there because it is an object of light and they are made of darkness. or because they get wacked by it all the time presumably because hes basically a god, or because someone visited his world before he was less bothered about the order stabbed himself with a keyblade sora willing gave up his heart to save kairi allowing him to keep his free will, same reason why ansem still has free will kairi is a princess of heart with unusual powers and because they share a strong bond it is the realm of darkness counterpart to sora's keyblade, see a fragmentary passage it is metaphysical so it doesn't have a set location mickey gave it to him, rather self explanatory i'd have thought Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

ocean's rage 783 Posted April 26, 2022 2: pretty much 3: at no point that he says he does put darkness in a person's heart. it says he wants to try but we know the only pure heart he found he sent away 4: he thinks he did it but it was the heartless 6: there's nothing in particular with them 8: by all accounts the pure hearts are connected to the very fabric of reality 9: does not seem to be referencing anyone in particular. could just be about any subject he experimented on 12: that is purely for gameplay purposes and is non canon within the actual story 13: they are communicating through their dreams and they're reaching out to someone who can help them 18: ansem came from the future and sent young xheanort there as seen in dark road 20: well that's your answer, he's talking to him to mark him so they can track him through the dreaming worlds 28: there's nothing to suggest he did 30: pulled towards 33: that's what a heartless is 34: people have no control over what kind of heartless they become and sora had a lot less darkness inside him 36: it is implied that this one exists because sora's exists. in theory any keybalde of light could have a dark counterpart 38: it is reasonable to assume that he gave it to him before he travelled to the realm of darkness Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
