Resident Evil 5 help

It's not really help in the game, but I downloaded the add-ons (the costume packs and bonus missions) and they don't appear in the game. I finished the story (with my sister, does co-op affect it?) on Normal and even finished some of Mercenaries, but I'm freakin' out and Sony won't help me AT ALL. (Those ganks told me to go to forums) A little help please?
