I personally think Xemnas was the best kingdom hearts villain because despite being Xehanorts nobody Xemnas knew/knows exactly what he wants and yes I'm well aware that people might say well Xehanort knew/know what he wants as well but the truth is all Xehanort wanted was the infinite life, power, and knowledge of Kingdom hearts. Xemnas however wanted to become a whole person again and exert domain over his new world. which is why I think Xemnas is the best villain and not Xehanort
