so i looked at the secret ending of recoded and yen sid if xeohanort wasnt alone what was he trying to say???? i have a feeling that he probably wont be alone maybe vanitas might return in the most oddest way........ i wasnt sure who was yen sid talking about.

It isn't revealed exactly who Yen Sid is talking about, but it is assumed he is either referring to either Vanitas or The Mysterious Figure. A good theory I heard about this subject was by Grass, when he said that the people returning may be Terra and Master Eraqus, both under Xehanort's control.

So far, all of the major villains of the series have been some form of Xehanort (Ansem SoD, Xemnas, etc.), right? That's what he meant; that perhaps, along with Master Xehanort, another "Xehanort" will return as well.

Actually it's more like Terra and Xehanort's hearts are side by side, fighting for control. Right now, Xehanort's heart is in control. Using your diagram, it would look more like this:

Why do I think this? Look at Blank Points, at the begining. Xehanort and Terra are face to face talking, while Eraqus' heart is in Terra's.

That still doesn't discount the fact that Eraqus' heart is still inside of Xehanort, even though its inside of Terra's heart, thus it being in the same predicament as Terra's heart.

I said that Terra's heart wasn't in Xehanort's. If it's inside Terra's and Terra's is not inside Xehanort's then it's not in Xehanort's. As I said, I believe that Terra's heart and Xehanort's heart are side-by-side while Eraqus' heart is inside Terra's.

 

Therefore, if what I say is true, which is what I believe, then Eraqus' heart is not inside Xehanort's heart, so Xehanort wouldn't be able to control Eraqus. However, it is just my belief. I am not saying it's fact, though I have used Blank Points to somewhat prove it, though it isn't much proof, I'll admit.
