Yeah, you need to go through the card world of destiny Island.

What you need to do is get rid of all the blox. Talk to Selphie and then look for the inkling symbol. It'll initiate a Heartless fight. Then talk to Waka and find another symbol. Defeat more Heartless and you'll get it.

It was just a cutscene that was never shown in KH1. Like Nomura stated in one of his interviews. There is no "meaning" to it though, it was just to show you stuff that happened in the first KH game but was never shown.

Nope the cutscene was not in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. In the Square Preview for Kingdom Hearts Japanese it shows Riku upon the clock tower in Neverland but that along with the scene with Kairi were never featured in the game.
