If you look closely, you'll see it's actually the Castle of Dreams aka Cinderella's Castle. The Castle That Never Was didn't exist until the Nobodies appeared, which is why the Nobody Symbol is all over it. And that is why when Xemnas was being defeated, it started crumbling and falling apart.

Yes. That's what most people, including myself, believe. A member here translated what she said when she saw it as "That is-?" as in she was shocked at seeing something she knew.

And if you look at the trees behind her they look EXACTLY the same as the ones from that world

Actually, if I understand correctly, The World That Never Was is actually a world created by the Organization or Xemnas, hence it's name, but I'm not entirely sure about it.
