idk i only have those 3 as well but i heard it's ultima weapon, metal chocabo, and lionheart (leon's keyblade)

Their far from secret. Metal Chocobo can be found in the 27th layer in Olympus Coliseum. Lionheart can be found in Traverse Town's alley way system sector. Ultima can be found in Hollow Bastion's level 80 system sector.

Lionheart is obtained as a prize for the level 60 system area in Traverse Town, located at the Hotel door in the Alleyway.

 

Metal Chocobo is obtained in Olympus Colleseum after completing a certain number of floors. I believe it's all 30, but not sure.

 

Ultima is obtained as a prize for the level 80 system area in Hollow Bastion, located on the second floor of the Entrance Hall in the center. Final floor of the system area contains the secret boss Bug Roxas, who is supposedly the toughest boss in the game.
