Well I am a doctor xD

Well you can role out Apendix burst so you will live. It could be food poisoning but I don't know without physically examining you. i would go and see a doctor because it could be anything from a bad stomach ache to a tape worm.

I think it's just a bad stomach ache but thank you!

No problem :D You may want to take some antacids and stay away from acidic fruits like Lemons and Oranges.

Hmm hope it gets better soon, Ugh I've always had stomach pain lol It never got anybetter for me even when I seen my doctoirs for it xD, if it continues you may suffer for what my doctors told me, Heart burn, or acid reflex disease and they gave me prilosect to help and it worked kinda for me :P

if you have a stomach ache, you must drink vinegar, suck on lemons and bathe in hydrochloric acid :P

just kidding, do what antrium says, or go to a doctor
