February 3, 201114 yr Well, actually Riku IS a main character, like Sora and Kairi, it's just that he's not showcased as much as Sora. And Donald and Goofy are more of assistants to Mickey, I'd like to believe, rather than servants.
February 3, 201114 yr Donald and Goofy aren't servents. Donald is the head magician, and Goofy is the captain of the royal knights. Also, Mickey was too buisy to find and help Sora.

February 3, 201114 yr and mickey was most likely in the realm of darkness and didnt know of sora or riku he just knew that the person who will help them will have the keyblade and told donald and goofy to help him out
