where do you get Cloud?

In the Olympus Coliseum, I did get the Icer of Titans trophy (completed floor 30) and I want to do it again for two things.

 

1. Metal Chocobo

2. Cloud

 

What floor do you get him? It's just been Sora and Hercules.
