It is fake.

"Kingdom Hearts Clash for the Crown" is a fanmade KH logo made by a user known as Keytotruth on Youtube, Truthkey on Photobucket and Shardoftruth on the KH Wiki. Keytotruth is most known as a hacker and is the one that discovered the hidden Jungle Book maps inside the BBS UMD. He's also a administrator on the KH Wiki.
