Well... maybe Ventus's heart did give Sora some epic abilities. Merlin showed Sora how to use Magic in KH1 and its possible that having a connection to Ventus made his spells stronger. Idk just my opinion.

Ya it would be cool if he could use vanitas moves well were just glad becuz of him having ventus heart he can still use ars arcanum and slice up everything, and him having ventus heart has NOTHING to do with his fighting style its pretty obvious.

no ventus can 2 because vanitas is just the dark half of wventus and in the end when you fight him you d-link with him and ventus can use some of vanitas moves

Yeah but Sora's heart is almost pure light. Sora aint gonna cut it. He doesnt have enough darkness to make it happen.

Ven's heart merging with Sora's doesn't in any way mean that his moves are like Sora's. first off, all the moves that Ven does are completely new to the franchise. Second off, Ven's been training longer than Sora has ever trained with Riku. Plus, Sora was born when Ven merged his heart with Sora's. So there's no way Ven could have made moves similair to Sora.

That's because Vanitas and Ven's heart forged together to make the X-Blade. So that allowed Ven to have a Vanitas D-Link.

ya true ventus had more light but the only reason he could do it was because he was the light half of vanitas but maybe if riku was faster he could do it.

I dont think so. There moves are most likely exclusive to themselves.

No, Ven's heart got extracted by Master Xehanort back when MX was Ven's master. So, during the process of his heart getting extracted, it also caused Ven's darkness to become it's own physical being. Which we all know is Vanitas. So that meant that Ven and Vanitas's heart was split apart from one-another. Causing Ven's heart to be filled with Light.

Not exactly. But however, after Ven's heart got extracted, it did leave Ven with a damaged heart. So yeah, you can say that Ven did have a half-a-heart at first. But thanks to Ven's heart connecting with a young Sora's heart, Ven's heart became whole again. As for Vanitas's heart, it just became whole right off the bat.
