These questions have been bugging me on KH3D ever since I got my 3DS yesterday. So I thought I'd get it out my system and share them with you guys.

 

StreetPass&CrossPass on KH:

As many of you know, the 3DS has this thing called StreetPass. StreetPass is like this mode where your 3DS can automatically discover other 3DS systems within range, establish a connection and content for played games. CrossPass kinda does a similiar thing. CrossPass gives the ability for the 3DS to seek Wi-Fi signals and automatically download content. But your 3DS has to be in "Sleep Mode" for StreetPass and CrossPass to happen though. Like, an example would be Super Street Fighter IV: 3D edition. If the user passes someone with the same game, then he/she will have a battle and collect trophies from one-another depending on who wins. So I'm wondering, will KH3D have something similiar to that? I mean, it could be possible. Just look at KH Re:Coded, it kinda does something simliar to StreetPass. So do you think SE will set up something like that for KH: DDD as an extra little feature?

 

AR card(s) on KH:

Another question I've been asking myself is the AR cards. For those who don't know, AR stands for "Augmented Reality". They're kinda like these cards where stuff comes out of your AR card. I did it with a Mario AR card and it was amazing. It felt like Mario was on my table saying hi lol. But anyway, you think the maybe SE is going to have some sort of exclusive Sora/Riku AR card for KH3D? Like it could be an exclusive to a KH: DDD bundle pack if SE decides to make a special edition bundle for the game. Or maybe it could come with yoir copy of KH: DDD. IMO, it would be a pretty cool thing for SE to do for us KH fans. So yeah, you think that might happen?

 

Mii's on KH?:

Now, as we all know there is a Mii creator station on the 3DS. So I've been thinking, do you think SE will maybe have Mii's fjr KH3D? I mean, we ALL know they wouldn't put Mii's in the story and worlds. But I mean like some sort of mini game. Kinda like with Re:Coded where you have your avatar in KH/FF clothes and outfits. So I was wondering if SE will do something similiar with your Mii's. I mean in my opinion, it would be pretty cool having your Mii in a KH or FF outfit. It would be a fun yet creative idea of Square to do.

 

So yeah, these are the questions I've been having since yesterday when I got my 3DS. So any thoughts and opinions on this?

Hmmm interseting and wow the mario saying hello its me mario thats sure cool and how much are 3DS?

As I am a master of all things 3DS (well, almost...) I shall answer these questions.

 

1. First off, it's SPOTPass, not CrossPass! >_< So yeah, StreetPass and SpotPass. I guess if you were walking by someone with a 3DS and YOU had your 3DS in KH3D, the two could exchange items? Like, if you had... say, some rare item, and THAT person had a rare item, perhaps you could trade the items so you have one of each?

 

[EDIT: Did some research, and it turns out that SpotPass is actually called CrossPass in Japan. Oh well, I'm sure none of us here have a Japanese 3DS anyway, so we should just stick to SpotPass.]

 

2. AR cards. That could work in some ways, and I can imagine a Sora/Riku card... What would work-best though would be a Face Raiders-type game, where there are Heartless coming from all over the place and you have to take them out. Or perhaps an AR mini-game within KH3D where you can play as Sora in your living room with him coming from the card?

 

3. I don't see how Miis could fit in the game, just wouldn't seem right. I do, however, think that maybe doing certain objectives could get you items for your Mii? (Like spiky hair, or an Organization cloak, or even a Keyblade to hold).
