Sega and Nintendo have announced that Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games is on its way to the Nintendo 3DS (along with the Wii). According to the press release, “many new and exciting sports like soccer and riding, which will debut on the Wii version, will appear alongside the traditional Olympic disciplines such as athletics, water sports, or table tennis.” The 3DS version of the game will feature “more than 50 original Olympic sports, playable in both single player and the multiplayer modes.”

I heard of this a couple of days ago. I even made a wiki page about it. It's been rumored for quite some time now. Usually, the Mario & Sonic games aren't too great, but this one's on 3DS, and you know what that means... MARIO & SONIC IN 3D!!!

True, the the Mario&Sonic games aren't really all too great. In my opinion, Nintendo and Sega should just stop with this series. it really isn't too much fun after you have it for a while. But it will be interesting having the Mario&Sonic in 3D though. Just hope they don;t screw this game up like they did with Winter Olympic games http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif.

 

Seriously, no more. The games aren't all that great.
