i just figured out the best way to level up really fast in BbS. Load up your deck with mega flares and go to the reactor in radiant garden. When the unversed pop up, use a mega flare and it'll take out all of the unversed with the exception of the last wave. Just use a mega flare on the last ones and you just got a little more than 3,000 exp in less than 10 seconds. Just go out and go back in and repeat and you'll level up like *snaps fingers* that.

And use Victory Pose right after Megaflare each time for double the EXP.

 

Also Magic Reload and Reload Boost (names could be off) increase the time by a lot too. It's a pain waiting for Megaflare to reload.
