beat me up if i wrote another similar thread or got a stupid idea but maybe sora heart is what give the keyblade not ven because he seems to care about others so his heart seems to be strong

Yes and no. Ven is part of the reason the Keyblade went to Sora, but his heart also has a lot of strength. I believe it has been stated that the Keyblade would have eventuality appeared to Sora on its own, but I am not 100% on where that was stated.

Yes and no. Ven's heart is the main reason why Sora got it, because it strengthened Sora's heart. Eventually, it got strong enough that Sora wouldn't need Ven's heart to wield, which is why he could still use a Keyblade while Roxas had Ven's heart. When Xion was destroyed, it unlocked the ability to wield a Keyblade in Ven's heart, which is why Sora and Roxas can dual wield. Nomura stated that even without Ven's heart, Sora would have eventually been able to wield a Keyblade, it was just a matter of time and Ven's heart sped up the process.
