I think you're talking about the Million Dreams Award cutscene, which I've been told only appears in Aqua's scenario in the game's Theatre Mode. Let me know if this is wrong.

In all three stories this cut-scene appears each character gets a different Ice-Cream!!! I have the game and I like Vens Ice Cream the best!

Yeah he knows that the Million Dreams Award appears in all three story modes. But it seems to only appear in Aqua's Theatre Mode.

I have the game and in Theater Mode I can view all three Million Dreams Award with All Three Characters!
