How should I surprise my best friend?

Hello. ^^ My best friend surprise me on my birthday and I felt bad because I did not do something as exciting as what she did (which was come to my house with her family and celebrated my birthday). TT_TT SO I want to do something special for her too; I write it here because she does not know this site exists. You see she is slowly getting into Kingdom Hearts (because of me) she started liking it because I would start talking about with my other best friend and then she started playing BBS and now she wants to no more. So I can not surprise her with a Kingdom Hearts party but she LOVES KPOP mostly SHINee So I want to make something but I do not know how to make things so =___= I will try but probably look horrible D; I also want to surprise her on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Halloween, New Years but I don't know what. I am also tight on money.

 

Question:

Any ideas or websites on how to I want to surprise my best frind like she surprise me? & how would you surprise your friend?

Events would be Her birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Halloween.
