"Got it Charlie. Do you have visual as well Beta?"
"Affirmative Alpha."
"Alright. Command are we clear?"
"Roger. Are you sure you all see the target? Especially in this fog?"
"We are postive command" said Alpha.
"Alright then. You are clear to engage."
"Alright lets go. Charlie, Beta move in" said Alpha.
Quietly and quickly, three units steadily moved forward to converge on the target.
"Alpha! I see movement!"
"Alright Beta you are clear to engage" said Alpha.
The Beta lifted up his gun and started firing in the direction where he saw the movement.
Overhead unit Charlie could see bullets flying. Unit Charlie raced for cover to some nearby sandbags.
"Alpha!" screamed unit Charlie into her intercom. "Im being fired at!!!"
'Hang on Charlie. Im moving in."
As the Alpha rushed in he saw someone in the distance. He could see that whoever it was firing the a gun. The Alpha, assuming that it was the person shooting at Charile, proceeded to fire at the stranger.
Overhead, the bullets stopped and Charlie unit looked up and scanned the horzion seeing nothing. The Charlie unit saw someone out there as well. So doing what she thought was best.... She started firing at the stranger.
The group was completly unaware that Charlie was shooting at Alpha and Alpha was shooting at Beta and Beta was just plain running to save his own life.
In the distance an orange flare was popped. An orange flare symbolized the terminating of a practice session due to some critical mistake.
Unbeknowst to each other, the 3 units each though "What the hell went wrong?"
"This is Charlie. I have found the target. Over."
