I finally moved into my college dorm. I didn't think internet would be about 10 times slower. It's a five hour drive to my house so I can't just go back. I need to figure out some way to get faster internet, loading this site's homepage slowed down. I can't just create a wireless network because if other people tap into it and do things that violate copywrights, I could be held accountable.

There's these things called "passwords", they're pretty effective. :P

Yeah, just get a wireless router and use a password. Or you could get one of those USB Internet sticks that you stick into your computer.

Then my roommates would have to use it too according to regulations which means they would know the password. And if they know the password, they could give the password to someone else and so on until my security becomes an open joke.

What about the internet stick? (sorry I'm not sure if that's what they're called or not)

Then change the password once in a while.
