I am very confused.

I was playing Kingdom hearts the other day, and I was really weirded out when anti Sora appeared...

Okay, so I was just innocently fighting Xaldin, and decided I wanted to try out master form, as you do. Instead of master form, he turned into anti Sora and started running around on four legs covered in black. It was pretty cool and all, I just want to know... why did it happen?

Then when I died, King Micky randomly came and helped me.... which was very weird... I kept dying, and he kept coming back... Why is this?

if your in hard mode, then mickey helps u after u die from boss battles

anti sora just comes up randomly(doesnt happen on final form)

well, check out kingdomhearts wikia for more information.

in critical mode(KH2FM), mickey only help you one time.

In some boss battles Mickey will save you. Anti form is just an extra form that is randomly unlocked. I don't think it even has anything to do with the story yet.

anti form sora is AWESOME!! to bad its only random times u get to use it xP

Thanks everyone :)

I was reading this random walkthrough, and it said something about points and percentages which lead to getting Anti form. It was quite odd...

Yeah, Micky saved me in two boss battles so far. Except during Xaldin, he appeared over 5 times at least. I was quite glad actually :)

Anti-Sora appears when you use drive forms over and over again in short periods of time.

In KH2 I found several ways to always have a full drive gauge, giving me the ability to use drives whenever I wanted. But after using drives a few times in a row, without much time inbetween, i would turn into Anti-Sora. And once i turned into him, afterwards I would have a empty drive gauge, causing me to have to refill it to use drives again.

Everytime you use a drive, your one step closer to anti-form.

Also, using Master form reduces your chance of getting anti-form.

Mickey appears during these boss fights:

Dark thorn (Beasts Castle)

Cerberus (Olympus Coliseum)

The Hydra (Olympus Coliseum)

Xaldin (Beasts Castle)

Storm Rider (Land of Dragons)

Grim Reaper (Port Royal)

Second Xemnas Battle (World That Never Was)

anti form activates when you use valor, wisdom or master form many times in a row

it kinda works like this: you use Valor form and one point goes to the anti point counter. you keep using either of those forms alot and the chance to go anti increases.

actually its the final form that reduces the anti form point counter to zero

Ok Anti form has a 5x more likely chance of being used when going against a Organization XII member. It also appears randomly not knowing where the counter is. Mickey helps out in certain battles in all game levels. And as long as Mickey doesn't die before Sora gets back you can use him again.

sorry thats the one i meant to say xD

Actually, if Mickey dies, he says 'This'll have to do...' and restores Sora to half his health.

Yeah, mickey's appearance was very odd... I didn't quite understand it. But I was glad, seeing as though he saved me so many times during one battle xD

Unless you fill up the D gauge thiny completely, then you'll be fully restored. I managed to do that once. :P

I did that a few times, but it was really hard when someone was trying to stab you with lances xD

It's so weird! haha, I think I did it my first time, because I thought it was the only option. After that, I usually just gave up xD

Anti form was pretty odd, yeah. I think it has something to do with when Sora became a heartless.. not sure though? We'll find out soon enough, I bet. :)

Close but I did get the Anti form thing right at least
