When I said that, I meant that it will eventually be possible to make artificial sperm to produce babies, and your point is invalid because if it was better for men to not exist, we would have all been gone billions of years ago. Also, evolution wouldn't cause male babies to stop being born, it would just create a neutral gender if it wanted only one gender.
