(Inspired by the ABC show Once Upon A Time)

 

Once Upon A Time there was a land filled with fairly tale creatures we all know ,or think we know. One day, their happy endings were stolen and they were all trapped in the real world. Now they must join together to break the curse made by the evil queen.

 

In this RP you will have two characters, one from the fairly tale world and one from the real world, and you will tell the story of how their fairly tale went and how they are like in the real world. NOTE YOU CAN USE A REAL FAIRLY TALE CREATURE OR MAKE YOUR OWN!

Names: Mr. Gold/ Rumpelstiltskin

Real World Appearance:

Bio:Rumpelstiltskin was locked up in fairytale land.He can see the future and helped both the Evil Queen and Snow White. In exchange for the secret to completing the Evil Queen's curse, he now has riches and comfort in the real world, and the Storybrooke version of the Evil Queen, Regina Millis, has to give him anything he asks for as long as he says "please", because of a deal she made with him.

Fairly tale creature appearance:

 

"ABC"

"Well it looks like I will have to show you life outside of this place. During the next three days, you will see three signs. One is a blue bear in the forest, two is a poison snake, and the last is a big tiger. Now this three will talk to you. And then on the fourth day, I will be back and by that time, you will have your mind made up of what you want to do." Victoria said and just like that she was gone.

Shanti looked at the forest, thinking about the signs, and looked back at the empty space where Victoria was "Buh---What?" she blinks in confusion, and says the signs in order "Blue Bear, Poisonous Snake (She shudders at that) and big talking tiger," she picks her vase up and scoops water from the stream into it, balancing it carefully on her her head and holding it up with one arm. As she walks through her village, she repeats the signs again and again, people beginning to give her funny looks.

" Oh..." Red placed the dishes in the sink and turned on the water.

" Your horse should be fine in the barnfor the night if you would like to stay. Its getting rather dark outside I'd hate for you to get lost." She said keeping her eyes on the task at hand.

"Nah, I will be okay. I will, however, keep the horse with you for the night. I will be back in the morning for him. And dont worry about me, I live about 5 miles from here." Riku said and he grab his things and left the house.

Red shrugged at his sudden leaving then wrapped a blanket around herself continueing to watch for her mother's appearance.

" Where could she be?" She wondered outloud now that was was alone. Or so she thought as she juound of a thud coming from the kitchen. She turned to see the barn cat had snuck in again.

" You hungry?" She asked it as she got up from her spot infront of the window.

Riku went into the forest again to find his house. "Such a nice girl." Riku thought outloud. Riku was then surrounded by the people he saw earlier at the lake. "What do you all want?" Riku asked them. "We have come for our dinner meal. Get him boys." the leader said. They then took Riku down and began to drink his blood. When they were finish and left, Riku was on the ground in so much pain. He then realized something, "I'm still alive? What just happened?" Riku said and then he touched his teeth. His teeth were sharp, Riku ran over to a puddle and found out his teeth were fangs. "No, no. I cant be a vampire, not now." Riku said and he ran away into his house. He went into his room and sat there. "I have nothing now. I cant be near humans again, and now I must eat meat to survive. No. I will only drink the blood." Riku said. "But, what can I do now?" Riku thought about this. He had to stay away from people for years to come.

 

Real World:

 

"Hey, Rachel, might I have a hot cocoa while I am here and a slice of bread?" Dan asked her. Dan was sitting next to Victoria at the counter.

Real world:

" Ya ya I still don't understand that." She said more to herself as she got out a mug and poured the cocoa.

" So anyone have any ideas of what to do about Mr. Gold?" She asked setting a plate and mug infront of Dan.

 

Fairytale World:

 

Red set a small bowl on the counter infront of the cat she had named Gigi almost four years ago. She walked back to the window and sighed still not seeing the familiar color of her mother's green cloak. It was similiar to her own red one.

Fairlytale World:

Riku decided to put on a dark outfit so he couldnt be seen. He then started a fire in the fireplace. He then made it come to where he could give a message to Red. Riku's face couldnt been seen and his voice was different so Red couldnt tell who he was. "Miss Red, I need to have a word with you." Riku said and the message was received in the fire at Red's house.

 

Real World:

Dan took the bread and dipped it into the cocoa. He then ate a bite and said, "Well, Gold has to have something on him just like Regina has something on her." Then a woman with blonde hair came into the place. "I know its late, but I need to ask you all something important. Okay so, are you all going after Mr. Gold?" the woman said. It was none other than Emma.

Real World:

Rachel looked at the women suprised.

" Umm depends who is asking." She said then dissapeared into the back kitchen. Stupid Mr. Gold and Regina. Why do they have to drag me into their problems.

Fairytale World:

Red jumped in suprise scaring Gigi off of the counter.

" Why is the fire talking??" She asked herself nearly ready to bolt out of the house.

" Who are you?? why are you on fire!!! Get out of my house!!!!"

"Miss Red, calm down I mean no harm. This is a message fire so I may talk to you. Who I am is of no importance. But I will say that I am so sorry, but Riku is dead. A group of people killed him as soon as he went to the forest after leaving your house." Riku said.

 

 

Real world:

"Emma Swan is my name, I am the new head police officer. And if you all are trying to take Gold down, I am in." Emma said.

Red stared at the fire for a minute.

" But he...." She glanced out of the window.

" Ok doesn't he have family you can tell, why are you telling me this?"

Rachel peaked out of the kitchen.

" Y-Your in?" She asked retiring her apron.

"You are the only one who ever knew that he was alive and real. Riku was alone in this world, and that is why I am telling you. Also, you still have his horse." Riku told her.

"Yes. He cheated and let me win the race to become officer, when I wanted to win fair. And I think I know how we can get him. Gold has a power to make contracts. If we make a deal with him, and he takes it, then we can make him do something that will hurt him in the end." Emma said.

Real World:

Bigby chuckled.

"Graham told me you had guts, Miss Swan." he said, giving Emma a smile. "Glad you want to help."

"I dont just want to help, I want to win. Gold and Regina need to realize they can not just get there way all the time. And as for you Rachel and Bigby, I have the record of you two being in jail today, and I have got rid of it so no charges are ever going to get you." Emma told them.

Real World:

Rachel peaked out from the kitchen.

" Really?" She asked her face lighting up a little. She didn't know how she would have explained that one to grandma. Rachel stepped out from the kitchen and leanedover the counter now interested.

"I am the head officer, and I know that you two didnt do anything because you had been here all day before they showed up. If you recalled, me and Henry came in and had cocoa this morning right before they showed up. So there are no records of you two being framed." Emma told them.

Bigby let out a sigh of relief.

"Thanks for that, sheriff." he said and meant.

Bigby let his head sag a moment.

"I can let this drop." his mind told him. "Just walk away, don't make waves and I'll be fine."

The he felt an anger well up inside him.

"No." it said. "They challenged me. They tried to make me run and crawl. They will pay."

Bigby felt like something inside him was clawing at him, wanting to break free and avenge himself. He didn't fully understand it, but he agreed with it. He straightened up, his face a hard mask.

"So, you got a plan, Sheriff?" he asked.

"I got more than a plan, I have the answer. Henry thinks that everyone in this town is a fairly tale creature, which means all of you. So if we read this book that he let me hold on to, then we might find more than we thought. Including this first chapter about a guy named Riku Light, who ends up working for the evil queen, who Henry says is Regina." Emma said.

 

2 years after Riku was made into a vampire, he was walking in a dark forest at the end of the woods. Riku wondered what he was trying to search for, but he just kept on walking. He then came across a huge castle that was made of thorns. "I wonder what this place is." Riku said as he walked up to the door and went inside. In the area that he was in, the room was a throne room. "I wonder who lives here." Riku asked. "I do." the evil queen said as she got up from the chair and looked at Riku. "Oh, so sorry. I just never been in this part of the woods." Riku said. "Dont bother saying sorry, I know you are that vampire Riku. Now from this moment on you will work for me." Queen said. "Fine. My lady." Riku said. "Your first goal is to find someone with a hood and a basket and turn them into a vampire as well." Queen said. "Yes, my lady." Riku said and he left the castle in search for this person.

Bigby gave a mirthless chuckle.

"I could have told ya that Regina was an evil queen." he said.

He then took a sip of coffee and that seemed to calm him down. He then looked at Emma.

"I'm not meaning to sound too disrespectful, but do you have any idea how crazy that sounds? I'm not sayin' anything against Henry. He's a good kid. But, how can his little pretend games really help us?"

Rachel nodded in agreement with Bigby.

" Ya, knowing that regina is a supposivly evil queen hdoesn't help us any." She said starting to wonder if Emma was in her right mind.

"Ah, there ya go. We play Henry's little games to get ahead. If he believes Regina is an evil queen, then Gold has to fit someone in this book. And I think I know who, Rumpel." Emma said. "Now, if we can put these two things together like Henry and make Regina and Gold fall at the same time, then we can win this. Now if you will meet me at Victoria's concert tomorrow, I will explain everything. You all need to get some rest." Emma said as she walked out the door, leaving the book behind with a message that said, 'Keep this with you all.'

Bigby stared at the book for a few moments, then transferred it to Rachel.

"She been spiking her coffee?" He asked.

He looked down at the book. He grabbed it and flipped it open. The page feel open to a picture of Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf. Bigby stopped and studied it for a moment.

"Wha-?" he murmured as the image seemed to be more than just a story.

" Haha maybe." Rachel laughed a little then saw Bigby's suprised expression.

" What did you find." She asked leaning further over the counter to see what was on the book. She blinked wondering if she was seeing things.

" Well thats strange, it feels almost like..." Rachel shook her head.

" I think Emma is rubbing off on me."

Victoria and Dan looked at the book. "So, why does this feel so fimilar? Its like if this characters are us back in time." Dan said. "Well, it could be us. If Regina is the Evil Queen and Gold is Rumpel, then that means that she must have made a deal with him to make us come to a place with no happy endings." Victoria said.

" How in the world did you get to that conclusion??" Rachel asked feeling Victoria's forehead to make sure she didn't have a fever.

" Did you even hear what you just said?" Rachel walked around the counter to join them.
