For generations, four Clans of wild cats have shared the forest according to the laws laid down by their warrior ancestors. The ThunderClan, WindClan, ShadowClan, and RiverClan. But now the ThunderClan cats are in grave danger, and sinister ShadowClan grows stronger every day. Noble warriors are dying—and some deaths are more mysterious than others. ThunderClan's medicine cat SpottedLeaf got a message from StarClan, most Cats from many generations ago are up there. And they said that Fire will save their Clan. After a day later, SpottedLeaf had another vision and knew it was a message from StarClan. She told Bluestar the leader of the Clan that not only will Fire save the Clan. Earth and Wind will too.

- You can't be leader of a Clan. You have to EARN it.
