Xemnas: Within a being with no heart, a heart dwells...

Not really sure if he's referring to himself or...

Anyways, if what he is saying is true, wouldn't this be a bit contradictory since a Nobody's heart would be inside of its Heartless? And if Xemnas knew about this the entire time he was a Nobody, why ask Kingdom Hearts for a new heart if he already had one (or more than one, technically)?

Maybe the nobody builds a heart over time. And this heart is build inside of the nobody and is not the same as the one inside the heartless.

This or he is lying. The Organization was always very manipulative.

I think in KH II Xemnas was lying too. He said Kingdom Hearts will make the Organization obtain hearts but that was just a lie to trick the other organization members into following him. In reality he wanted to gain power.

Maybe he tries to invoke Sora's bad concious by lying that he is slaying beings with feelings. emotions and a heart "who are just trying to become complete".

But yeah Space Cowboy... Lu and I are thinking the same thing about this topic.

Yes, Xemnas was lying to everybody of the Organization. All he wanted was the power of Kingdom Hearts to himself, but he needed help and tricked everybody of the Organization to help him achieve Kingdom Hearts. Well, that's what I think

 

I wonder what Xemnas is doing in Dream Drop Distance by the way
