Final Fantasy XIII-2 Preorder Bonuses?

Okay, so I've been wondering about what the Preorder Bonuses were for FFXIII-2, as I plan to get it. Since Japan got DLC and we got preorder bonuses(the Alternate Costume, Omega, and the Episode i Novella), would we(we being the US, as I don't know the situation of other countries.) get the preorder bonuses as DLC later on? I know that the Kuda bow will be available for XBOX360 DLC for a dollar. Is that the only DLC the states will be getting? If so, are you going to preorder 13-2 and from where?

    I personally think its stupid that some of the preorder bonuses are DLC, and that it varies by store so you can't get everything no matter what.

    Plus it's really stupid to have 360-only bonuses since PS3 is clearly superior and the Japanese who made the game don't seem to like Xbox.

     

    If I had a PS3 and could get this game, I'd probably preorder it from BestBuy to get the book.

    Pre-ordering for book. I could care less about alternate costume and I don't care tooo much about the boss fight, it pales in comparison to a book that explains the events between the 2 games.

    The Collector's Edition comes with the soundtrack and art book, and I also get the alternate costume and Genji Bow for preordering. I did not know that! Yay!
