i have been on for a total of like two hours and nobodys ever in there

The PSP only does local multiplayer, which means that the other people pretty much have to be standing there (in real life) in the room with you. (Also please take note of the sections you post things in. This is a thread about Birth by Sleep, so it belongs in the Birth by Sleep forum.)

Well there is also Adhoc party with the ps3 where u use ur wired ps3 and play online psp games

Yeah, adhoc party can be used with any version of BBS. As I have a pirated version, I can't use PSN on my psp, so.... :P

Because everyone's using the internet while your not.
